Groups of 4. One person is "it".  That person faces a teammate in shuttle starting position (middle of the cones).   Teammate walks up, jumps straight up, and chooses direction to do shuttle in.  “It” person has to go same way and try to win the shuttle.  “It” person does not jump.  “It” person goes against all 3 teammates then after short break, new person becomes “it”.

  3. Haven't posted in a week and a half, but I did several workouts last week, including one of my favorites... 10 sprints up a 125m hill in Central Park, walk back for the rest between each sprint. Also...

9/13 - Sprint workout, cleats on turf, with Fiona, her friend Leila, Nick Schiener and some NYU guys:

    14 x 20m, 20 sec between each
    10 x 40m, 40 sec between each
    8 x 60m, 60 sec between each
    4 x 80m, 80 sec between each
    3 x 100m, 100 sec between each
    Plus a few suicide/throwing drills.

9/14: Soccer game. 8v8, decent sized field. I played the whole game and focused on working as hard as I could, so it was a great workout. Will be playing every Wed or Thurs night through Dec.
